How it is built
The child, the family, the places they go, and the community around all three. Each ring covers what the one inside it cannot.
The child
Five things taught rather than installed: identity, discernment, resilience, boundaries and courage. Twenty minutes at a kitchen table, a parent and a child working the same scenario side by side. A monitored child hides. A trained child tells you, because she has a word for it and knows she will not lose her phone for being honest.

Three doors, for the three moments a family actually has. Right Now is the worst ten minutes: three questions, and back comes an order of operations sorted by what cannot be undone. Bulkhead is before anything happens: sixteen settings on a phone, and in plain words what floods if you leave one open. Salvage is afterward, and it opens by telling most people they are probably not hacked and showing them how to tell.

A boundary around schools, playgrounds, libraries and pools. A person under court-ordered monitoring who comes toward that line gets a private warning first and a chance to turn around. If he keeps coming, the alarm sounds where it happened — and unlike a smoke alarm it means go toward it, so adults become visible and place themselves between him and the children. It never says a name.
Engineered, not yet builtThe community
Most children removed from a home are not removed for cruelty. They are removed because a family was poor on the wrong week: a car will not start, the job is lost, the lights go off. Families post what they need and angels answer, neighbour to neighbour — a tyre, a car repair, school clothes, groceries, a utility bill. Every partner vetted. Piloting in Florida, open everywhere else.

Six tools built to be used together, sharing one evidence standard so a claim is rated the same way wherever it appears.
Sextortion and grooming recognition, with separate parent and teen tracks because the two need different words for the same thing. This is the one to hand a parent who has just found something on a phone at eleven at night.
Opening soonDecision support for the people legally required to report and terrified of getting it wrong — children’s ministry workers, teachers, coaches, youth leaders. A reasonable-suspicion meter that tells a worry from a duty, and a script for the moment you pick up the phone.

We are not teaching children to spot bad people. We are teaching them to notice pressure, secrecy, coercion, isolation and obligation — then giving them the counter-skills.

Child-welfare accountability across every jurisdiction. Where the other tools grade the law, this grades the system and the money: safety, permanency, stability, capacity and transparency, alongside what each agency and contractor was actually paid. Prevalence and agency performance are held on separate axes and never merged, so a state is not punished for having hard problems. Everything is aggregate — no individual case record ever enters it.
